Question about first episode

nbc_mediumI just watched the first episode of Medium and I have a question.
My DVR started taping the show a couple of seconds too late and the very first thing I saw was the black screen with white writing:
"There really is an Allison. Really."
Then the episode began.
Does anyone know what was said in the beginning on that black screen?
