A new licensing arrangement with CBS adds these classic shows to the lineup as well as some newer ones. "More and more, people want to be able to access our programming on a wide variety of platforms," says CBS President of Distribution Scott Koondel in regards to the newest licensing deal between Netflix and CBS.

The licensing arrangement brings a whole range of new content to the streaming service, including newer shows like 'Medium' and the summer hit 'Flashpoint.'  There's plenty of older content too, like 'Cheers,' 'Frasier,' and episodes from every generation of 'Star Trek.' You'll be able to catch the new CBS shows starting in early April. Make sure you check out our regular feature The Netflix Stream for all the latest on what's coming to the service.

Happy 06/06/06, everybody! On a day when more alarmist folks would have you contemplating the dangers of getting barcode tattoos across your foreheads, I’m going a more positive route and focusing on the children. (Like many other philosophers, I believe that they are our future, after all.)

So let’s discuss: There’s terrifying-adorable Seamus ”Damien” Davey-Fitzpatrick trying to do for The Omen franchise what Christian Bale did for Batman. There’s Baby Bob getting sacked by Quiznos. (Whatever happened to his marginally successful CBS sitcom, by the by? Was it cancelled on account of creative shame? And when will we see the first of the inevitable ”Whither Baby Bob?” headlines?) There’s even a lengthy New York Times piece looking at a Hollywood apartment complex catering to families of child actors. (Egads!)

Alrighty, then: Here are a List of Tags for the Community to use should they post any new information or fandom related material as the Falls rolls towards us. Please, Please, remember to use them. It would be an absolute waste if you didn't after all the hard work I went through to create these things. Also, be on the look out for a possible change in layout (from S1 to S2).

PATRICIA ARQUETTE is set to team up with her older brother RICHMOND for the first time in 30 years on hit new US TV drama MEDIUM, and she hopes the role will encourage other members of her family to join her in the series.

Richmond, who directed his sister in her first film role, JAMES LONG, when she was just seven, will play a man who intrigues Arquette's psychic crime solver ALLISON DuBOIS in an upcoming show.

Patricia tried to help Richmond land a role as her brother last year (05), but the 42-year-old actor/director was deemed too old.

Now Arquette hopes she can persuade brother DAVID and sister-in-law COURTENEY COX to join her on the show: "The best actors I know are in my family."

Honestly, while I am completely smitten with the series, I had no clue it has been such a hit. Such a relief.
