Entertainment Weekly Puts Jake Weber On Its Hot List

Who doesn’t love Entertainment Weekly? Recently, the writers got together and did a list of random people from entertainment who they consider hot or otherwise intriguing. So who’s one of the first names on EW writer Michael Slezak’s list? Well, if you haven’t guessed from the headline that it’s Jake Weber, well, then I really don’t know what I’m doing here.

So what does Slezak have to say about Mr. Joe Dubois?

“Joe Dubois (Jake Weber), ‘Medium’: Best. Husband. On. Television.”

That’s what I’m sayin’! I know that I’m just repeating myself at this point, but to me, Medium isn’t about a psychic who helps solve crimes. It’s about a family based upon a strong marriage in which the mother happens to have a weird job and some sleep issues. What’s more relatable than that? Joe DuBois gets impatient; sometimes he yells, sometimes Allison yells, but he always supports her. No matter what crazy thing she is going through, or how much of a strain it is putting on their marriage, at the end of the day, Allison knows that Joe is going to be there for her. Now that’s what I call hot.
