nbc_medium has a new Header, courtesy of yours truly. I'm really proud with how it turned out, but what do you think of it? And as late as this is, the community also has a new Layout (obviously not modified for "Basic Accounts" if you can't tell from how The header goes past the Navagational Bar above it :P), thanks to nubbinized.
