Just a few more images of Patricia Arquette at the 61st Emmy Awards, with a majority of them of her mingling with her hubby Thomas Jane (of recent Hung fame :D).
ALSO: NBC has totally regulated their Medium Website to "non-functional" site with S1 Graphics :P. Not a link they have leads anywhere except to a "sorry/page not found" link.

Every year I wake up on Emmy nominations morning like a little kid on Christmas, but wind up feeling like all I got were boxes upon boxes of holiday-themed socks. I know, I know, with this year's expansion to six nominees per category (and seven in the Best Drama and Comedy Series divisions), we certainly had some delightful surprise packages under the tree. (Check out the full list of 2009 Emmy nominees here.) I know a lot of you (and certainly my colleague Ken Tucker!) are squealing with excitement over Jim Parsons' recognition in the Best Actor in a Comedy Series race for The Big Bang Theory, and I was excited to see Jane Krakowski and Rose Byrne pick up respective Supporting Actress nods in the Comedy and Drama races for 30 Rock and Damages. And of course the incomparable Vanessa L. Williams managed a nomination for Ugly Betty (chanting does pay off).

Alrighty, then: Here are a List of Tags for the Community to use should they post any new information or fandom related material as the Falls rolls towards us. Please, Please, remember to use them. It would be an absolute waste if you didn't after all the hard work I went through to create these things. Also, be on the look out for a possible change in layout (from S1 to S2).

TV series offer feature actors something resembling a normal life

Scene It All

Acting contenders recall memorable episodes featuring life-like corpses and more.

#2. Jake Weber (Medium)

"(Patricia Arquette and I did an episode called "Second Opinion") a couple years ago where we had to put on prosthetic makeup. It took six hours to get ready for these scenes where we were supposed to be 25 years older, and one of our daughters was supposedly dying. And I show up on the set, and the woman's not wearing any of her old-age makeup. I was like, 'What happened to the whole thing with 25 years older and all this stuff?' And she was like, 'Oh, it just didn't look too good. It looked too strong. It looked too makeup-y, so I told them not to (apply) the prosthetic.' Well, how come nobody told me about this? So I ended up having to spend the whole day shooting, looking like an octogenarian, looking like Strom Thurmond. And she was all dewy-eyed like Candice Bergen with a few little crow's feet on the side of her face. I had jowls and sagging chins. Oh, I was furious at her."

While I recieved news earlier (from [livejournal.com profile] crazyboltonlass) about the list of Nomination Submissions for the Emmy's, I only just got around to post any news about it. MEDIUM has eight submissions for Lead, Supportng and Guest Actor/Actress. While this is good news, the only thing that really puzzles me is Jake Weber in the SUPPORTING ACTOR section? How does that work exactly when he's practically the Lead Actor on the show? I could've seen this happening in Season when he really was "Supporting actor", but not so much now. Supporting is more like David Cubitt and Miguel Sandoval.

Below is a list of the drama and comedy shows, stars, and guest stars who have been submitted for consideration in the 2009 Prime Time Emmy Awards, coming this fall. Some submissions, obviously, are more likely to receive voter love than others. Who do you think stands the best chance of being nominated in each of these categories? Follow the jump for the list of nominees, and share your thoughts ...
